01 | 03 EVIDENCE-BASED
Simply put, we rely on the latest scientific evidence to educate and guide our patients toward optimized health. True to our commitment to evidence-based practice, we avoid fad diets, unnecessary testing, and costly supplements or “metabolism-boosting” products that lack credible scientific support. Our recommendations are grounded in rigorous research and clinical expertise, ensuring that nutrition interventions are both physiologically sound and practically sustainable. We prioritize strategies that improve measurable health outcomes while maintaining integrity, transparency, and long-term effectiveness.
02 | 03 PRACTICALITY
Research consistently shows that the most effective approach to health is one that integrates seamlessly into daily life. For this reason, we help patients develop dietary patterns that align with their values, preferences, and long-term goals within a realistic, everyday context. By focusing on sustainable nutrition strategies and structured habit formation, we support patients in building the consistency necessary to follow their plan, improve clinical outcomes, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
01 | 03 SUSTAINABILITY
We believe the most effective nutrition strategies are those patients can maintain for life. Through personalized medical nutrition therapy, we guide patients to develop balanced, practical dietary patterns that fit naturally into their daily routines and adapt to the changing seasons of life. By focusing on realistic, sustainable habits, we help patients build confidence and self-efficacy in their health choices over time, while supporting metabolic health, preventing and managing chronic conditions, and fostering lasting improvements in overall well-being.
02 | 01 NUTRITIONAL ADEQUACY
At the core of our nutrition programs is nutritional adequacy—making sure your body receives the full spectrum of essential nutrients to thrive. By emphasizing balance, hydration, and diet quality, we strengthen your body’s natural ability to support vitality, gut health, mood, healthy aging, weight management, and metabolism—fueling lasting energy, protection, and resilience for years to come.
02 | 02 CONSCIOUS FUELING
We use evidence-based behavior strategies to address the emotional and psychological drivers of eating. By building awareness, reducing stress-driven choices, and strengthening healthier habits, we guide you toward conscious fueling that supports satiety and a positive relationship with food. Our approach focuses on psychological sustainability, using small, progressive changes to build confidence, motivation, and lasting self-efficacy.
02 | 03 FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
Rather than focusing solely on intensity and extremes, we emphasize applying the appropriate movement and physical stressors to support strength, mobility, energy, mood balance, and longevity. This approach helps patients bridge the gap between their current capacity and evidence-based movement recommendations that are scientifically proven to support long-term metabolic efficiency, vitality, and functional independence.
02 | 04 CIRCADIAN RHYTHM ALIGNMENT
Our bodies are guided by internal clocks that influence metabolism, hormone balance, energy, and digestion throughout the day. When these rhythms are disrupted—such as by irregular eating or sleep patterns—metabolic efficiency and overall health can decline. Through our programs, we help you align your eating, movement, and rest patterns with your body’s natural rhythms to restore metabolic balance, support hormone regulation, and optimize energy and recovery.
We collaborate with your healthcare team to ensure your nutrition plan supports your diagnosis, treatment plan, and long-term health goals. For example, if you are using GLP-1 medications or other metabolic therapies, we help translate medical guidance into a clear, practical nutrition strategy that supports metabolic health and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Although we recommend starting with a package—both to take advantage of discounted follow-up rates and to support meaningful, lasting behavior change—you may also choose to purchase single sessions at the price of an initial assessment ($150). Packages allow for consistent follow-up, which is essential for building habits, refining your plan, and achieving sustainable health improvements. Single sessions are available for those who prefer flexibility or need occasional guidance.
You can begin as soon as you’re ready. After purchasing the initial assessment, you’ll receive access to our scheduling system, allowing you to book your consultation at a time that works best for you. We recommend completing the intake form prior to your appointment so your dietitian can review your history in advance and make the most of your session time.
To respect the time of all patients and providers, we ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $120 late cancellation/no-show fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show and subject to the above fees. After this, the above fees will apply. We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be made at the provider’s discretion in the case of genuine emergencies. The key issue is protected clinician time—a late cancellation often means another patient who needed care was unable to take that appointment, as available time slots are limited due to high patient demand.
No. We do not sell supplements or promote unnecessary lab testing. Our focus is on high-quality, evidence-informed nutrition therapy and practical strategies that support sustainable health outcomes.
If supplementation is clinically appropriate, we may provide guidance on reputable products that contain the ingredients listed on the label in the correct potency and are screened for contaminants such as heavy metals or mold to support safety and quality. We are not affiliated with any supplement companies and do not receive financial compensation for these recommendations.
You may come across programs that promote extensive functional lab panels—such as certain hormone tests, stool analyses, or other specialty tests—that are not consistently validated by strong clinical research. Our approach prioritizes laboratory testing that is medically appropriate, scientifically supported, and ordered through your healthcare provider when necessary, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in reliable evidence rather than unnecessary or costly testing.
Rather than providing rigid, pre-written meal plans, we co-create a personalized nutrition framework during your sessions. This allows us to design strategies that reflect your food preferences, cultural background, lifestyle, schedule, and current starting point.
Research shows that highly prescriptive meal plans are often difficult to sustain long term because they rarely account for real-life variability. When a plan is too rigid, it can create an “all-or-nothing” mindset—once the plan is disrupted, many people struggle to adapt and maintain progress.
Instead, we focus on helping you build flexible meal structures, practical decision-making skills, and sustainable habits so you can confidently navigate real-world situations while still supporting your health goals. When helpful, we provide meal-building ideal plate examples, recipes, and product guidance to simplify the process.
Our goal is not for you to rely on a dietitian forever. We want you to develop the confidence and skills to plan meals independently, adjust your approach when life changes, and maintain your progress long term.
