The Clinical Standard

Regen is an evidence-based medical nutrition framework designed to bridge the gap between clinical intervention and biological optimization. Guided by a Registered Dietitian, the program integrates individualized medical nutrition therapy with circadian alignment and metabolic science to dismantle psychological barriers and maximize satiety. Whether as a standalone path to natural weight loss or a critical support system for medical weight loss protocols, Regen ensures progress is both measurable and sustainable.

STEP 1: MEET WITH A REGISTERED DIETITIAN

A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted by a registered dietitian. This step is essential to identify the root causes of weight challenges. Your dietitian will continue to work closely with you throughout the process. Together, you’ll establish consistent meal timing, balanced nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits to support safe, effective, long-term progress.

Please note: medication is only considered as part of a comprehensive care plan. Simply prescribing weight. loss medication without support is not a sustainable model of weight loss. Ongoing support with a registered dietitian is required to maintain your prescription, prevent nutritional deficiencies, and minimize the risk of metabolic adaptation or weight loss plateaus.

STEP 2: UPLOAD RECENT LAB WORK

After your dietitian visit, you’ll be asked to upload recent lab work (within 6 months), or we may order labs as needed. Note that the process of meeting with a Hygeia Medical Provider would be quicker if you have labs completed within this time frame. Specific labs required to meet with a provider are Hemoglobin A1C (A1c), Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), a lipid panel (cholesterol, triglycerides) and a comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP). Your first and last name, date of birth, and the date that the labs were obtained must be on the document that you upload to the patient portal. Lab results help our medical team assess your metabolic health, rule out underlying conditions, and determine if medication is safe and appropriate based on clinical markers.

STEP 3: MEET WITH A MEDICAL PROVIDER

Once lab work is reviewed, you’ll meet with a licensed medical provider for a thorough evaluation. They will determine whether you are a candidate for weight loss medication and discuss the risks, benefits, and expectations. Medication is only prescribed when clinically appropriate and in alignment with your long-term health goals.

STEP 4: ONGOING SUPPORT

Continue meeting with your Hygeia care team to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and stay accountable—ensuring long-term success with or without medication.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

Please note: For individuals with a current or past history of eating disorders, physician or mental health provider clearance is required before participating in this program. This ensures we are approaching care safely and responsibly, in alignment with best clinical practices. Please email us at Hygeiawellnessco@gmail.com or call us at 857.241.7750 to discuss before booking a consultation.

REPROGRAM: INTERVENTION

WEEKLY SESSIONS | 60 MIN PER SESSION
Care begins with weekly sessions to build a strong foundation. During this phase, you and your dietitian develop a tailored nutrition plan and a simplified meal framework designed to fit your lifestyle and pace of change. This foundation takes a strategic approach to support fat loss, improve appetite regulation, address nutrients of concern, and reduce inflammation—while identifying triggers, decreasing food noise, and strengthening awareness of hunger and satiety cues.

Fad diets often rely on short-term motivation and do not support meaningful behavioral pattern recognition or cognitive restructuring. In contrast, our progressive approach emphasizes repeated exposure and reinforcement, supporting the development of new neural pathways. Over time, behaviors shift from effortful to automatic, improving self-regulation and making change more sustainable and durable. We focus on skill development rather than rigid templates—helping you identify the drivers of your habits, build a flexible repertoire of strategies, and refine your approach through real-time feedback and adjustment.

Ongoing accountability and guided refinement are essential for lasting progress. We reinforce results through measurable tracking, personalized resources, product guidance, and individualized exercise planning—creating a structured, adaptive approach to long-term change.

FOLLOW-UP & REFINEMENT

60 min PER SESSION
Research shows that the majority of individuals who attempt weight loss regain weight over time, often exceeding their initial weight loss. This is likely due to limited accountability, evidence-based guidance, reduced self-monitoring, and a lack of structured support. Throughout this program, you will work closely with your registered dietitian to troubleshoot barriers, adjust your plan, and tailor strategies to your bio-individual needs. Your progress is monitored through ongoing goal tracking, food log reviews, and data-driven optimization to ensure objective, measurable success.

As confidence and independence grow, visits transition from weekly to biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or as-needed maintenance to preserve continuity of care and long-term metabolic health. For long-term maintenance, quarterly consultations are recommended, with the option to extend visits up to every six months. Think of these sessions much like routine check-ups with your primary care provider—they allow us to review progress, monitor key health markers, address any changes in your health or lifestyle, and make adjustments to keep your nutrition plan aligned with your long-term goals.

Our Program Framework

Learn about our structured, science-based approach to restoring metabolic health and supporting sustainable lifestyle change.
01 | 01
Nutritional Adequacy
At the core of our nutrition programs is nutritional adequacy—making sure your body receives the full spectrum of essential nutrients to thrive. By emphasizing balance, hydration, and diet quality, we strengthen your body’s natural ability to support vitality, gut health, mood, healthy aging, weight management, and metabolism—fueling lasting energy, protection, and resilience for years to come.
01 | 02
Concious Fueling
We use evidence-based behavior strategies to address the emotional and psychological drivers of eating. By building awareness, reducing stress-driven choices, and strengthening healthier habits, we guide you toward conscious fueling that supports satiety and a positive relationship with food. Our approach focuses on psychological sustainability, using small, progressive changes to build confidence, motivation, and lasting self-efficacy.
01 | 03
Functional Movement
Rather than focusing solely on intensity and extremes, we emphasize applying the appropriate movement and physical stressors to support strength, mobility, energy, mood balance, and longevity. This approach helps patients bridge the gap between their current capacity and evidence-based movement recommendations that are scientifically proven to support long-term metabolic efficiency, vitality, and functional independence.
01 | 04
Circadian Rhythm Alignment
Our bodies are guided by internal clocks that influence metabolism, hormone balance, energy, and digestion throughout the day. When these rhythms are disrupted—such as by irregular eating or sleep patterns—metabolic efficiency and overall health can decline. Through our programs, we help you align your eating, movement, and rest patterns with your body’s natural rhythms to restore metabolic balance, support hormone regulation, and optimize energy and recovery.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
"For years, all I relied on was fasting and other types of diets in an attempt to lose weight, to no avail. Hygeia has taught me how to work with my body's natural rhythms and to nourish my body rather than starve it. Now, I dont have to worry about whether my pants will fit coming out of the dryer."
