Your progress is monitored through ongoing goal tracking, food log reviews, and data-driven optimization to ensure objective, measurable success.

For long-term maintenance, quarterly consultations are recommended, with the option to extend visits up to every six months. Think of these sessions much like routine check-ups with your primary care provider—they allow us to review progress, monitor key health markers, address any changes in your health or lifestyle, and make adjustments to keep your nutrition plan aligned with your long-term goals.
